Carbon Neutral

The goal of the Carbon Neutral plan is to become a carbon neutral company, reducing the consumption of electricity and fossil fuels, in order to reach net zero emissions in the next three decades.

To be Carbon Neutral 2030/50

For GRI Renewable Industries, being a carbon neutral company means being part of an important commitment in the fight against climate change, assuming a series of actions that promote and contribute to mitigating its impact.

Carbon Neutral is the project with which the company aspires to meet the demands of the current market and its stakeholders, especially those of its main customers, and to achieve the ultimate goal of “carbon neutral” by 2050 at the latest. To this end, it sets the following targets for 2030:

Reduce direct emissions by 50%.

100% of electricity consumption is from renewable sources

How are we going to achieve this?

For GRI Renewable Industries, being a carbon neutral company implies being part of an important commitment in the fight against climate change, assuming a series of actions that promote and contribute to mitigate its impact. To achieve this, we have defined and approved the ‘Carbon Neutral 2030/50 Plan’ and have incorporated it into the company’s decision-making, business strategy, management and performance.

Decarbonisation and circularity are the two pillars on which the transformation of its processes is based, achieving an efficient use of resources (energy, materials, etc.) and a reduction in the impact on the environment.
